Writing Workshops for Schools
Do kids need help with writing? You bet. While teachers and parents make the best literacy advocates, a school’s writing program can be greatly improved by bringing in authors and writing consultants. Award-winning author, Carrie Brown-Wolf delivers interactive workshops for students. She offers specific techniques, teaches the process of editing, and facilitates passion for writing.
Independent Writing Workshops
If your school or workplace doesn’t offer a writing workshop, don’t worry! You can sign up for a class or hire me independently.
Currently, I run editing, publishing, and basic writing workshops with author Lindsay Eland. Besides being a terrific person, Lindsay wrote Scones and Sensibility. We host most of our classes at The Next Page Bookstore in Frisco, Colorado.
Throughout the summer, I run writing workshops in Summit County, specifically for middle school students. If there’s group you’d like me to teach, let me know and we can work it out. I also run an editing/consulting business to help improve writing. Please contact me for specifics.
